Inclement weather policy:  Kari has committed to providing stalls during times of inclement weather.  If you are aware of the potential for inclement weather, she will provide stalls, in advance of or during the clinic, to ensure your participation and safety.  If you do not take advantage of the stalls, and you miss your rides, you will still be expected to pay for the missed lessons.

Release: The above agrees to participate in events at Miari Stables at his/her own risk and responsibility and shall hold harmless the clinician, Miari Stables, it's heirs, descendents, employees, volunteers, representatives and assigns from any and all liability for damages or injury, including death, to any person or property. For their safety, participants agree in advance to follow the directions of Miari Stables staff and representatives.

Deposit Requirements:

To secure a spot in the clinic, you must submit a non-refundable deposit for the full amount of your lesson costs. Note: If you cannot ride, for any reason, you must either find a replacement or forfeit your deposit.
